Hello,

I am looking for a cheap web hosting host that do not block ports on their hosting.

I will be needing A Few mysql databases minimum, Iconv support and

1. PHP 53 or higher
2. MySQLi
3. Sockets
4. Rewrite Engine (htaccess)
5. FreeType & GD Library

If you have this please respond instantly. I am looking for a host that has been running for a while.

A trial is appreciated. Very small budget since I'm looking for a a small package at the moment. 3 Dollars max.
