Although I would recommend a virtual vps server I can do this with xenforo mysql and stuff setup.

Why would I need an vps? I am just wondering isn't an web hosting better instead of an vps?

Nope, Vps is way better If your wanting to run a mc server I'd recommend getting a dedi Its way better as you can assign your own amount's of ram etc.

I have an dedi from ovh. It is an MG-512.

VPS is a virtualized server. Web hosting usually only refers to hosting websites and such.

The dedicated server is for an (Huge) German Network. They are needing an web hosting to show like live updates of everything and to be able to transfer the data

Would you call it shared hosting if the mc server data gos to the > datacenter then to the > web server which also holds the web hosting for members etc.

If you are looking for a basic website/forum etc that displays live updates of player statistics and such then yes, this can all be done on shared hosting.

This would require you to set up but it's definitely possible on shared hosting.

Have you thought about Xenforo? It is quite pricey and can be quite complicated to set up at, however at the end it looks very good.
