INTRODUCTION
Using our services indicates that you accept this agreement regardless of whether or not you choose to register, place an order or enter a service contract with us. If you do not accept this agreement, do not use our services or register on BJSB's Store. BJSB's Store may change this agreement at any time and will post any changes to this agreement in advance to the effective date and will provide a more prominent notice, including an email notification, for any significant changes. BJSB's Store will maintain an archive containing prior versions of these terms for your review. If you do not wish to accept a new version of this agreement, discontinue use of our services.

MEMBERSHIP
BJSB's Store offers membership free of charge. Membership is required for access to all features of our services. Some features may be a part of our premium service, requiring a service fee for user. Your right to use our services is non transferable. This included any and all features that are unlocked when you register with us or purchase premium service. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is nontransferable and may only be used by you. Any account believed to violate these membership terms will be suspended without prior notice.

REFERRALS
BJSB's Store offers rewards for referrals. To earn referral awards you must first become a registered member. Chargebacks and other disputes by the referee will result in the loss of the referral reward. Referral award may be returned depending on the outcome of the chargeback or dispute. Account credit can be used toward future purchases only and cannot be withdrawn at any given time.

ORDERING
To place an order for our services or products you must first become a registered member. Services and products will not be delivered until payment has cleared and is marked as completed by our payment system. Chargebacks and other disputes will result in immediate service suspension, if applicable. Service may be permanently terminated depending on the outcome of the chargeback or dispute.

PRICING
All prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Any orders that were placed before price changes will not be affected. BJSB's Store will not honor prices from server errors or from cached pages. If a server error has occurred, any customers affected will be contacted as soon as possible and will be allowed to cancel or edit the affected order. Any resulting refunds will be handled as described in the section titled "REFUNDS".

REFUNDS
Refunds are only granted after the request has been reviewed and approved by BJSB's Store. All refunds are given without interest. Due to the instability of crypto-currency exchange rates, all crypto-currency payments are ineligibile for refunds. BJSB's Store will only refund to the source from which payment was received. This greatly diminishes the possibility of fraud.

SERVICE ACCESS
While we try to ensure that our services are available 24 hours a day, we will not be held liable if, for any reason, our services are unavailable at any time or for any period of time. Access to our services may be suspended temporarily, with or without notice, in the case of a critical system failure, maintenance, repair or other reasons beyond our control. BJSB's Store may offer reasonable compensation for any unexpected backbone service interruptions for all affected parties in the unlikely event such an interruption shall occur.
