I have used their Deluxe plan for $10/m for about 2 years now (used them for about 5 years total though on all other websites i've had) and i've never had any host related issues whatsoever, their support which is mainly the CEO of the company is a really nice guy and always help you should you have any questions or need help with anything.

As you stated you don't have much knowledge in web-hosting, are you looking for more of a drag and drop setup (with forums).
Or do you have a site already designed? If you do not have a knowledge is building/maintaining a site I would suggest https://www.enjin.com/ (which is simple to use).
