Web server w/Domain setup

I need somebody to do the following for me:

- Setup a web server on my dedi
- Forward my domain to the dedi.
- Show me how to make subdomains/sql databases etc
- Forward a subdomain to my server IP.

Not looking to pay much, but I can pay if needed.

I do not pay beforehand. You get paid if you complete the task.

I want somebody who knows what they are doing, not somebody who follows google.
