Hey, I don't know if this is the right place for this. but I have bought Xenforo everything is uploaded the only problem is when I try to connect with my domain it will say err_name_cant_resolve, but then when I turn on my hot spot or connect to any other WIFI connections, it will let me connect to the website, does anyone know how to fix this?

Well this really isn't an issue with xenforo.
His ISP seems to be blocking the site as if it doesn't know it exists.

Try flushing your dns. Follow the steps in the guide. I've had an issue like this once and it fixed by resetting my dns cache
