You can't really advertise yourself as a web development company when your own portfolio is a HTML5Up template... Really disappointed. Especially the fact that you are trying to have people pay you for this.

In your post you, yourself are claiming your company to now have web development; YOUR company does web development. If you are just piggy-backing off some devs portfolio it seems pretty petty to advertise it as a skill of your company. It isn't professional how you are going about doing this post. Put some effort into a portfolio for YOUR company. (Also stop saying web development as one word.)

I know right, minimum wage in this industry is rarely a thing. I spent 4 hours designing a one-pager for a client for only $10. You should be designing things because you enjoy it.

The developer is part of my company... It would 't be much of a company if I did everything myself....

I know you have some companies who use templates as temp sites until their complete site gets finished but even if that is the case. Free webdevelopment.....if you find anyone who offers completely free webdevelopment please tell me.. those prices are as low as it gets, dont be an asshole and try to get things for free. We work hard to achieve a great product , the few dollars we make is just an appreciation for our work.
