Was just about to say this. And they added a background and image at top. Including xF install + theme install + few minor changes, really worth less than $50.
It's users like you that attempt to rip off users who don't understand what things are. Honestly, it's truly pathetic to see this.
You didn't research the website that person linked much to give your quote then?... should be looking into it, viewing code of the site and all that if you want to be a proper website designer / developer
