Would not suggest dealing with this guy. He previously offered minecraft hosting, he doesn't know what he's doing, nor is he able to help with technical difficulties. Besides that it is kind of overpriced. Most 5GB packages go for around 2-4$ on mcm.

cPanel doesn't have a license displayed on their website, all it requires is for you to install cpanel on a system and it'll verify if the main ip has a license. Meaning if he took a picture, I can't use the license for myself.

Your message in PM is false, a license is not shown in cpanel, the software simply verifies the IP with cpanel servers. Next I've worked with cpanel before...there's a command you enter into SSH to retry and verify if the IP has a license yet, nothing really to type in.
