Website Addon for Voting

I need something to where my players can go to massiveaddictivegaming.com/vote (My website) and they will see all the voting links for my server. I just need something simple as well, nothing too advanced. Any ideas of where I can find something like this?

Make a CMS like the Buycraft one where you only have text, if you use enjin then that would be a lot easier.

massiveadictivegaming.com? Seriously, that's a very long domain like damn, I'd rather use a numeric IP.

It was not heading towards that, I was pointing our that the domain is huge people wouldn't wanna type the whole thing.
