Hello Developers,

In this post I will do my best to explain what I am trying to do with my website.

WEBSITE INFO

- Website design after an NDA is signed [This is to prevent my idea being stolen.]
- I need someone that is good with PHP, JS, CSS and HTML
- Once decided upon an appraisal price, we can discuss more about purchasing services.

NDA INFO

- Will have to sign a NDA form to keep my idea confidential
- If you refused to sign I will have interest in doing talking with you.

So... you're wanting developers to sign an NDA before you tell them your idea, and they can't really give you a price estimate until you tell them your idea, and most devs I know don't like to waste time trying to get information on a project just to get a price quote only to have the client back out of the deal half the time. Just my experience with this stuff, everyone is different. I'd recommend taking a look at Wvisoecj, he's got pretty affordable development services. Good luck

He does, he just charges a high price. If you have a smaller budget or a smaller project, rexs123 and 1amDev are some more affordable developers
