Some of the features I'd expect to work even on an example site dont. Like the map. Color scheme isnt my favorite though someone else might not think the same as me.

Keep at it, your work looks good, though a bit generic, granted that is normal for hosting websites.

Flamelier basically nailed it on the head here. Appraisal of about $30-$40 is what I'd pay for it on mcm. Under standard rates for industry but this is a different market sector in addition to the availability of templates and such. As I am assuming this is straight up HTML5 and CSS3 rather than WordPress.

I'd personally start lower end for a SB then work your way up, you could, if sold to the right person, get $50, I'd honestly be happy with $30-$40. This is just frontend so don't get to upset if people ignore it.
