Hey TheHostingClub. I'm Micah, a web developer and designer and I tested out your website builder. Here are my comments/suggestions/observations:
1. When first signing up and seeing the home page for the website builder, I would highly recommend adding instructions. I would add these in the form of a walk-through tutorial with pop up images and text to show the user the basics of the website, its use and its capabilities
2. Those who are inexperienced with bootstrap and web development in general will not know how bootstrap's responsive design classes work. By this, I mean containers, wells, rows etc. I would also include information and a tutorial about how these different elements work with one another and what they do.
3. For beginners who want a custom site and want to feel unique (not using a pre-made template like you offer), I think the blank page option for a site can be overwhelming.
4. I noticed some bugs on the templates such as not being able to see nav icons when in the editor:

5. Little thing, it says "Code Editr" instead of "Code Editor" for me :p

Didnt have a ton of time to test so I didnt get to everything but thats what I noticed :)

Cool project and best of luck.
