Website costs?

Hello there!
I'm making a massive MMORPG in Minecraft.
Much process is already made and it's very unique.
It's not a Wynncraft 2.0, it doesn't even look like it,
there will be so many new and never seen features.

My question:
We need a Website of course. We want it to look amazing.
I found a website from another upcomming MMORPG,
we really like it but I have some questions!

1. How much would a theme like this cost to be made?
2. Can this be done through Enjin or something else?

The example you showed is completely custom and would most likely be easier to make if you were not using a software like Enjin and use custom software instead

I would use Xenforo for the forums and the rest would most likely have to be custom coded to get it to what you want.

I'm not really asking for a forum Software. More like something to make this in and how much the development of the website itself would cost.
