Website design competition

Hello

I am looking for someone to make a design that looks like salname.se with the same base structures.
It shall have the base design like it should have 2 countries in this case Iran's weather and Sweden's weather, and time, date, year and so on. It shall have a modern look and design and look professional.
This will be a kind of a competition of who can make the best design.
The budget for this project will be around 50$

The competition will run something like this that people submit their work to me and when we think that none will enter we will start thinking of whether the designs are good or not


NOTICE: if none puts out something that interests us we have the right to cancel this competition.

We are after ideas because the designing is easy, everyone can do it but the idea is the main purpose of this request.

Everyone with enough skill can make the it. the crafting part in photoshop or illustrator or whatever ur using.
But its the idea we need and if u get a good idea and make it good then there are high possibilities that you will get chosen.

You still don't get it either. This site is a marketplace. You're trying to get free content. And you're outside the contests/giveaway section.

... You do realize its quiet a bit of money for comming up with a idea and make it.
We dont want a full functional high quality. we want A IDEA.
That we then can give someone else that transforms that into Html.
