It is more of a personal website. Its more of a webpage then a site. Please PM me if you are interested. It should be a simple product. I would do it myself but I am not good with graphic design.

Just a note to users, I'm fairly sure he won't fit any reasonable budget. I under priced myself for example and so far that's been declined. Don't expect to earn $100 or more from this project as it's not something as simple as stated in the OP.

some and most freelance website developers and companies ask for a retainer (normally a % of final cost up front) to pay for initial development.. if you referencing to pay full up front then your move was wise
