Website developer (CSS/HTML)

So, I do have a website template and what not. Looks lovely. But my knowledge of css/html only goes so far, so my level of understanding is at a breaking point.

What I need: Someone to work with what we have already, just edit the coding and put in everything (down to the last detail) that we need.
Since my web dev has taken a vacation so it seems, we kinda need this website up and going now.

**Note** The video there is just a placeholder until we have our trailer uploaded.
We do have xenforo all set up and looking pretty: http://aftercraftnetwork.com/
But we will be using on site forums (Have the coding for that too)
