Website Developer for one page

Hello MCM Web Developers

I am in need of a Developer to make me a page to show off my photography images. This page must have the following in it.

Interdiction area at the top Under it a nav for people to select the type of images they want to see then the image gallery at the bottom Then when they click on an image it will show the details something like this

But with that in the middle of the page and a blurred background

I don't have a Design for the Website so im relying on you to make it look nice clean and look amazing and it must work on all Devices.
