Moved to correct section.

Depending on what you need, website development can cost anywhere from $5-$500

I have a few free/paid templates available in my signature that look better than that.

I'm sure they do, my point was that you'll never get a custom, non-template site for what he wants.
It's just not realistic.

I do custom, non-template sites for $12 - $15+
Depends on how much he wants
Check my signature and pm if you're interested.

lol... only for younger gaming community prices.. but yeah

For custom work closer to the 500 end or templates / modification and setup the lower end

Most people on the market, especially on here, are looking for custom work. If he wanted a template, he could just buy it. But he didn't, instead he went here. This leads to an unmissable inference that he most likely wants custom work. Furthermore, you shouldn't just drop a link he's already most likely seen. If he absolutely had to drop the link, he could have at least said something like:

"Hey, check out this cool template I made. (link) I'd be willing to set it up for $price."

A comment is useless if it doesn't have the slightest bit of an explanation.

Make me laugh.

I actually agree with him. I doesn't make sense to just to add a link of a popular template. I wouldn't make a thread saying "List me some good Minecraft templates! Willing to pay!" Unless I had looked at the resources page and had found nothing. Even then I would have stated that I looked at the resource section and I'm looking for something different.

This is cute since Errota actually makes fairly nice websites/templates unlike certain newer users.
