Yes, Website Development is fun and I enjoy it a lot, but considering this person is asking for something that would cost him $100 minimum in the real world in exchange for some horrible products we'd never use, I have no idea what went through his mind when he created this thread.

But without a work sample, who would hire you for $100? It doesn't matter if you're qualified or not, if you don't have the vouches/work samples to prove it you're nothing.
