Website Edits IPBoard

Hello everybody! I need a few website edits for my IPBoard theme. My website is http://tfoc.wifld.com

What i want done:

I want the logo in the center of the header.

I want the Search bar to be in the end of the Navigation bar

I want the background to be "Fixed" so the picture doesn't move, but it still needs to be responsive.

And last thing, the user bar thats in the header moved down about half an inch.
