I would suggest the below, hope it helps.
1) Change the font, the current one is too cluttered.
2) The box-shadow you have going doesn't really go with the 2019 design style.
3) Not much information, add more text
4) 'Contact me' isn't a button, although it looks like you're meant to click it.

Alright, thanks for that.
1) Is the header text the one that's too cluttered? If so, I can make a quick tweak to that.
2) I actually quite like the box shadow, but I guess that's just me.
3) I will be adding more, this is more of a quick draft-up
4) That was bad placement on my part, I put two header sections together, which is pretty unintuitive, will be fixing now.
Funnily enough, I only started learning this year.dogshit.
No jpeg images, laggy, really weird texture, boxes uneven.
Looks something a student in high school learning html could do in his first year
