I'm looking forward to do a website for my eSports team, I know about css and html but sometimes I have issues understanding what I'm doing and trying doing as I want, because my level is autodidacted.

The thing is that I'm looking for someone to help me building the website teaching me how to do some things and fixing my errors, of course it would be payed.

Just a general tip, usually it will probably be cheaper to just hire someone to make it for you

Asking a designer/developer to help you, explain what they are doing along the way and work off of your code is tedious and requires more work.

But if someone doesn't mind and has time to do that then good luck!

I agree with this, I recommend taking online courses or consulting someone to do private tutorials that don't revolve around a live project to learn more about web development.
