I need a website for my business. I will be paying $65+ via PayPal.

Some of the requirements:
- index page with features and pricing
- use bootstrap and fontawesome or glyphicon for icons
- navigation bar with some links to the index page itself sections and external links to status of service, billing and control panel
- terms and conditions page to place my terms
- privacy policy page to place my policy
- flat and lightweight work. should use green and or minecraft background. examples are netherbox.com, mcprohosting.com. Site should, however, have a similar strucutre but we will offer Minecraft PC and Minecraft Pocket servers.
