If it is not obvious by the title I do want a custom coded website for my prison server. By custom coded I don't mean an adjusted template or something simple. The name of my server is Mythus Prison or just Mythus, both brands work as it is a unique name. I have great experience in web development but sadly do not have the time to do this myself as I am working on coding custom plugins for my server so I would like someone else to do it. This is mainly because I want to open this server as soon as possible.

TheLightDev can do front end, if you want to use a an api. I know you want custom coded, but his work is very good.
