Website for RedShard

Hey,

I'm looking for someone to create me a website and design for my new company RedShard.

The website will only really be like a portfolio website so it doesn't need to have a sign in or anything like that.

The design will have one page for now, scrolling down to see the different sections. Navigation bar on the top which will scroll the screen down to the section stated once clicked.

"Home, What we do, Portfolio, Contact" sections.

Budget: About $50, no idea how much this will be but I will be looking around so don't just put your price as my budget when you can do it for less as you may lose out on a customer.

If I need to increase my budget I'll be happy to do so however the prices I've seen from a new people are about $40.
