Website from a mockup

Will show the mockup once you DM, but it'll have the logo at the top left, two nav buttons - home and portfolio, just a header and description text in the center, a vector in the right, two clouds randomly placed across the page, and and three icon links.

I'd prefer to have someone do this for free as it doesn't have anything much hard, and simple. And the portfolio page isn't done yet.

I had somebody else do another UI i made earlier for free, and I've seen a bunch of people offering websites for free on this section, I'll check them out
