Namecheap, easily one of the most reliable at a decent price. I get my sites for around 25$ a year. This includes cPanel, domain, Whois Guard, and a bunch of namecheap exclusives in the control panel.

What HA systems do you guys have in place?

I'd recommend going with a well known web host, look at Namecheap or Stablehost. Both are great and affordable.
