Website Site installation + xenforo setup + Xenforo Theme

I need someone who can install a website on my VPS (idfk what its called) and set up xenforo and make me a theme. I need one person who can do this all. Also I can't pay with paypal I can pay with crypto amazon giftcards ect the reason I can't pay with paypal is cause my account is limited.
