Website to download packs.

Just wanted to request on how hard would a website be to make, where a person must sub to a youtuber to download a certain texture pack they've added.

I don't imagine this to be too hard, simply use Google oAuth, once authenticated you redirect the user to a secure page where you can then download the file.
