Website (Wiki, Statistics & Discord Bot Dashboard)

[What I need] Website (Front-End & Back-End) that contains:
- Dashboard for admin to be able to control everything, being Items and categories in the Wiki, settings and categories in the bot dashboard. (both explained below) And with some basic statistics.

- Wiki which in this case would have several categories and subcategories with each item/ship in it with statistics etc... it would basically be a documentation, no forum of any kind.

- Finance page, would take the data from a spreadsheet that already exists and transform all the data into graphs, etc.

- Dashboard for the discord bot with possibility to add and remove categories and settings from the admin dashboard to make it easy to make changes. It should have a way to choose the configuration name, category, description and type in this case boolean, string, number, etc... It will have to be integrated with the api. (explained below)

- API for me, in this case would be a get/post api where I could get the settings of a certain server for example: myip.com/api/IDServer/NameFromConfiguration and it would return what is needed in json.

- Other pages like home page, team, etc... (Optional) - System to "build" my ship and see the statistics, this would basically be a way to assemble a ship from the game and see what would be the best configuration for this ship. For this you would need to study the game a little, and what each ship supports etc...

Not here to talk shit about you.
But the budget and timeframe you specified are just not possible.
This kind of project could take a few months of work even for a well-experienced developer, I am talking 3 - 4 months at least.
As for the budget, 3 - 4 months of work for $120, even if you are a non-profit organization, is just nothing.
When comparing the salary of $8k+ a month developers make working in high-tech companies and even the $1k a month developers can easily make on this website, it's just can't even be considered working for this price.
Sorry to let you down mate but you better look for a volunteering developer and extend your timeframe by a few months.

To add on to what Dori said above, if you've got the time you could use this as an exercise to learn coding yourself? Sure it might take a bit longer but from what it sounds like your site doesn't need to facilitate payments, it's more of a information site so its low risk. Could use a framework that lets you rapid prototype such as Laravel (based on PHP) and get something spun up with basic features soon and use it as a project that encourages you. It sounds like you have passion for this Starscape game so that could drive you. You'd get your site for free and learn a great deal in the process. Anyway that's just me,

Note: If anyone does say they'll do this for you for $120, nevermind the timeframe whether they say 1 week or 1 month, be very very very cautious. It's budgets and timescales for projects like these that often end up being prey to scammers. Probably suggest you pay 50% upfront which you'll think is reasonable since half before half after, and then block and yeet onto the next.
