If you have no clue about HTML or CSS, you wouldn't be able to create this yourself. You would have to use some sort of website builder such as Wix but I would suggest Envato's new website builder.
You could also use a template if you can find one but I wouldn't suggest this.
Your main, last option would be to purchase one from 1amDev or equivalent but this could you run from $80+ im guessing.

I would want it if they purchase a build, pay via paypal, and then I receive the money, guessing this will be an e-commerce website then. What I meant was that I'm not really up for using a e-commerce service, like Sellfy - Shopify - Bigcartel, as they take percentages from your money aswell and are fairly pricy.[DOUBLEPOST=1509640336][/DOUBLEPOST]
If I end up going with Sellfy or anything else then I'll obviously be able to do this myself, don't need any help regarding that.

Yes that was kind of what I was looking for, I should've been more clear. A webbuilding service, where if you go with a plan it removes the watermarks etc. so it looks like it's all your site. Ill check those 2 options out.
