WebUSB/WebADB/Fastboot Library

Hi there,
I am looking for someone that can make me a JS library for my NextJS app that allows a user to connect their android device via WebUSB and USB Debugging. The library should allow:

• Connecting a device
• Checking if its connected and allowed/authorized to be used
• Run ADB Commands
• Install APK File via ADB
• Run Fastboot Commands
• Flash Partition File via Fastboot
