In my opinion there is nothing Bad about being a weeb, however some of them are very annoying and actually try to force you to like Anime etc. But thats just a small Part of them ^^

i think the term is wrong it's wanting to be the character inside the anime which is totally fine it's like wanting to be a super hero! yay!

I've been living in Japan for a long time and I've seen plenty of weebs to go around. I actually like people who interest themselves in our culture here or just enjoy anime, but it becomes an issue when they trash and ridicule temples/shrines or are disrespectful to our culture in general.
