Weird world glitch on a bungee cord network.

I own a bungee cord network, and when trying to log out of one server in the end or nether world, there is a weird glitch that occurs on the hub or whatever server you are trying to join where it looks as if you are in the void, but you can still see entities and holograms. I am in desperate need of assistance so please contact me on discord if you would like to try and help. Also, if you would like to see the glitch first-hand join this server (twilight.network) and tell me you are from here so I can put you in the end world. Thanks.

• Intel Xeon E5 1650v2 @ 3.7GHz
• 6GB RAM
• 250Mb/s Uplink
