Under your profile it originally said male because you're a guy. But you noticed that people were thinking you're a girl due to your username so you decided to take advantage of that by pretending to be a girl and you saw that you can't change gender/birthdate so you hid your gender.

And no girl would put "am i a girl? Yes but you cant date me" That's the easiest way to tell people who are lying like you. Actual girls don't make a huge deal about being female.
