Welcome plugin. When a new player joins the server, players have 5 (configurable) seconds to type "Welcome" in chat. Any message with welcome it should work. When they do so, they'll get 1 welcome point added to their welcome balance. They can check their welcome balance using /wbal or /wpoints. Using /wwithdraw, they can take out welcome points (it will be added to their inventory as an enchant gold nugget with a configurable name and lore. Make sure that players cannot use their alts to welcome (so no same IP welcoming). Also you can see the people with the most welcomes /wtop.
