Well today I came home to find that someone has either cracked my account Sloth, or the original owner took it back after nearly two years and finally scammed me. Mojang seems to be of no help what so ever, I got no emails of an email change or security question change. I think I'm actually done.
Well someone is a scumbag.

Recently the Mojang servers have been giving invalid password & email errors for 0 reason. It happened the other day, kept saying all my passwords were changed, same for my girlfriend. If your simply just getting invalid password & email, but when you press "forget password" and you still get an email, thats the cause.
No, the skin has been changed on it. Some asshat has obtained it. I have spoken with the original owner, he claims to have not of taken it back. I'll just wait and see really. If I do find out who has it, they are going to regret fucking with me. Anyway, I'm probably going to end up contacting Mojang at some point to see what they say. Owning the account for the better part of two years alongside having other important information on the account such as the minecon information could help my case.
Yeah I hope I can retrieve it, if it turns out to be the original owner is the one behind this, I know he is making a server and I will stop at nothing to make sure nobody spends a dime of their money on a potential scam.
I don't believe I have ever worked with you before, considering I haven't done an actual deal of McM in a long time and you just joined the site nearly ten days ago. Anywho, I've contacted Mojang support already. If they decide to give t back to me, then all will be resolved. No I don't have the TID and I have contacted the original owner. He claims that he has not taken the account back. He could be lying obviously, but it would be an extremely stupid and foolish move considering he is developing a server and plans to release it in the near future. I don't think he'd be stupid enough to commit to scamming right before opening a server. It'd be business suicide.
At this point in time I await Mojang's response to this matter. If anything they can tell me what happened to the account and from there I can a make a decision on how to proceed. If they outright refuse to help me despite the information I can provide them about the account I will have to resort to a rather harsh but necessary outcome as stated above.
He's tried selling it here, when did he start selling it on there?
