BASIS
WeMake Studios is an upcoming Minecraft service company that will later expand onto different games and into different communities. This project has been in the works for nearly a year now with me and BennyG.

We're getting closer to release day by day and are very excited for the future but we're looking for Department Heads for each category of the services.

There are a lot of benefits in being a Department Head and makes my job and HotTopic's a lot more easier and takes a good amount of stress off our soldiers.

BENEFITS
There are a lot of benefits in being a department head for WeMake Studios. For example if you're the Department Head of Building you will receive a percentage of every single commission that deals with building. Not only that but you will receive a boost with your own personal commissions on top of the original boosted percentage.

In addition, being a department head you're more involved then a regular freelancer being behind the scenes with the other executives of WeMake Studios and you will be a key factor to the whole operation.

APPLICATION & REQUIREMENTS
The application process is simple, all you have to do is add me on Discord which will be at the bottom of this thread and send me a resume. Some of the requirements are a good reputation, good experience, and overall just a good attitude and the previous requirements will most likely get you the job.

Reminder, there will only be 1 Department Head in each Department. So if you do not get accepted don't worry Freelancer applications will come out sometime next week.

Also you have to be very efficient at what you do to become a Department head. For example if you're really good at building and have some management in you applying for the Head of Building might be a good idea. If you're an extremely good Website Developer and applying for Head of Building maybe it is not the best idea.
