If you haven't been following the news, a few weeks ago Hytale was revived by the original team, including Simon and others from Hypixel. Since then, an incredible amount of information has been released about how user-generated content and modding will work. We're excited about their vision for what servers will be, and so we're announcing our expansion into Hytale!
As the largest marketplace for Minecraft and Roblox assets, it's a natural fit for us to expand into Hytale from day one. We also believe we have an exciting opportunity to help grow the creator ecosystem as open creator platforms are essential for these ecosystems to flourish, and we're glad to play our part. Today we've added Hytale as a platform on BuiltByBit, and on January 13th when Hytale releases into early access, we plan to open up the categories for all creators to begin publishing your resources. For Minecraft creators, the experience should feel familiar - Hytale plugins are written in Java, models are created in Blockbench, and data packs are configured with JSON files.

We encourage all creators currently publishing resources through our platform to explore how you can expand your current products into Hytale and innovate, and we've created a channel in our Discord server for our creators to discuss Hytale modding. To stay up to date with news as it comes up then you should join the official Hytale Discord server here, they post lots of updates and their pace of releasing new information is impressive. You can also read the unofficial community guide here, which has compiled information from the developers about how modding will work for Hytale.
We're looking forward to supporting the Hytale community as it grows!
