6/2(1+2)View attachment 188960 want to see if people on here are as dumb as twitter and facebook.
What’s the answer?
my man, M is before D in PEMDAS so 6/2*3 is 6/69. I hate questions like these bc the parentheses confuse people that understand PEMDAS. I got 1 at first then realized it was a trick.
6 / 2(1 + 2)
6 / 2(3)
6 / 2 * 3 The P in PEMDAS does not mean distribute first! Multiply normally, left to right.
3 * 3

4/20? P ( none ) E ( none ) M ( 2*10) D ( 4/20 ) A S.facepalm
Apply that to the expression 4 / 2 * 10. Do you get the answer 0.2 or 20?
I can see you are beyond the point of logic and reason so I am not going to try.4/20? P ( none ) E ( none ) M ( 2*10) D ( 4/20 ) A S.
If you look at a fraction as the true expression its (4)/(2*10)
and looks like this
4
----
2*10

You use them in the order they appear. 2(3) doesn’t mean (2x3)6/2(1+2)
6/2(3)
3(3)
