What a hcf core needs?

Ok, i'm planning to make an hcf core from scratch, but i don't know all that the core needs, i known that needs Conquest,KOTH,Deathban,Lives,SOTW Timer, EOTW, Timers,etc but what more needs?
(Sorry for my bad english, i speak spanish)

Unique features and no lag because every core does the same thing so if you make a core, it needs to be different from the rest

I have my own fork of ihcf(modified to work with my custom core), but i don't have sufficient time to check all the things and see what are neccesary and what not
that's because i want a list of the things

Don't hate on this man. If hes willing and motivated to create a custom core then this is the kind of person this market needs more of. Haven't seen a custom core here for a while.
