I don't understand whats "funny". He never said he wanted to know what language. Plus it goes the same for the language. It can be any.

MinecraftDesigns also thinks it's funny. It's funny because nobody would ever ask what editor specific types of programs are written in. The fact that you instantly jumped to that and replied is funny to me is all. I don't mean to offend it's just a funny interaction :tup:

If you can't figure out what language you should have it written in, I very much do not recommend getting one written. Especially if "what language is the best to write a sniper in" is your first question.

Why? Because of optimisation. If you can't optimise it yourself/with a developer, then you're not going to stand a chance with sniping. Sniping is very much about optimisation and resources;
  • How fast you can send a request (latency),
  • how you can optimise overhead with requests,
  • how fast you can send requests,
  • how fast you can check the status of something,
  • how many proxies you have,
  • how powerful the machines you are going to run it on are,
  • how fast computations are with the language of your choice,
  • how you will cope when something goes wrong (i.e. your internet fails or you're DoS'd, or a component fails),
  • how many accounts or gift codes (Minecraft) you have,
  • how much time you have,
  • how much money you have to expend on various resources,
  • et cetera.
From the limited* point of view that I do have (limited in that I have never written a sniper before, nor do I intend to write one), I would say there is a lot you must take into consideration, and factors from the aforementioned list at a minimum.
