What are some 100% needed administration related plugins?

What plugins does a factions server which plans on being big absolutely need? Whether it be for security, block logging, and or player banning. System and server administration related plugins or otherwise.

Thank you! Would you say Litebans is very very necessary? Also, I have NCP with custom config but I didn't want to get AAC to avoid any interference issues. But I have not heard of ChatControl or MineSec so thank you very much!

I haven't tried using them together, but I don't see why they would interfere. And MineSec only works properly with PaperSpigot but it blocks VPNs and proxy IPs from connecting.

Edit: litebans really does enhance administration capability on the server.

Yep I have PaperSpigot. Thank you! Also a lot of the comments on the MineSec plugin page are people very upset with the plugin have you had any issues with it?

I haven't had any issues with it so far, only problem I could see is the people who use VPNs for privacy rather than bad things not being able to connect.

Yea and apparently on the second offense it autobans which is quite harsh

I haven't looked through the configuration but you might be able to change that.
