What are some ways to advertise a server?

Hello!
I am a new minecraft server owner, and I'd like to know if the community has any ideas on how to advertise my minecraft server besides Voting Sites, Working with youtubers and Social Media Marketing.

A nice website and add it to the server lists. Mouth to mouth advertisement is still great!

What would the website consist of :eek: and yes for mouth-to-mouth, but I would need to get my first player to do so ;)
