To be honest, I will probally reccomend some like Crident

They seem like a good candidate, otherwise if the money are not a issue, buy your own dedicated server. And hire someone to manage it for you, that would be the best solution in my opinion.

Just make sure not to fall into a scam, have seen quite a bit of providers doing that lately.

Yeah, as much as I'd love to self promote for 300 players you're best off with ovh. I suppose you'll be running a bungee cord so you'll probably need 32gb ram. If you're happy with EU hetzner with TCP shield is a good and cost effective option.
