Some things I found that helped me quite a bit was simply uploading frequently and interacting with subscribers. As an example your video "MINECRAFT | HOW TO CREATE A NETHER PORTAL" is not going to get views, subscribers, or really any interaction. The reason for this is because whenever a user is looking up something on youtube the video with the most views or most interaction will come of first (Not 100% on how youtube search results work) but basically that video will never hit front page and it will never get views unless you are one of the first to create it or you have millions of views on it.

This isn't meant as a mean thing or anything but for videos that will get you more subscribers and interaction and in general a fanbase, you need to have something that is a bit different and new. I found if you get in contact with mod developers and talk to them about doing a mod review on the mod and in return they put your youtube link to that video on the download page you both help each other out. That is just a simple example that worked a bit for me find other people to help you out. Try to record new minigames, or new gamemodes. Create things that have not been done over and over and over again on youtube.

Minecraft is a really hard game to get popular off of because thousands of them are already out there. You have to be different from everyone to stand out. Collaborating is one of the best things you can do because you are presenting yourself to a whole other fanbase and it not only gives you content but gives you friends to help out with youtube. Artwork is something I found huge for me, your channel right now is not exactly visually attractive. And this may not be a huge thing for some people but for me it shows dedication and that you take youtube more serious and really care about your channel. I spent maybe 50-75$ on artwork for my channel just to make it pop a little more when people would come across it. Nothing major but I did find it helped out.

When I first started back in probably 2012/13 I did videos like you and I would get upset with my views and really just never have motivation to record. Pick an audience you want to entertain and try and stick to it. I myself love minigames and just fun videos such as that and that is a pretty big audience. Some people choose more series and vanilla minecraft long term stuff/tutorials that is also another audience. Another is mods...etc try and pick an audience and keep them entertained with all the latest stuff (this also brings great views if you are one of the first to cover it). Keep trying and eventually youtube picks up, takes months to years to really become good at it. Just edit videos fully, have intros, make sure everything is high quality..etc take a look at some bigger youtubers and ask yourself why they are popular and what they have that you don't.

Good luck with Youtube man!

Thanks a lot! :D, really nice and helpful tips. I'll keep them in mind.[DOUBLEPOST=1427254602,1427254485][/DOUBLEPOST]
Start off by speaking in your videos and uploading daily content or content every other day and make a schedule.

Thanks!, :). I'll try to make a schedule, any tips on advertising?

Never advertise a channel! If you go channel to channel spamming for people to watch you they will watch 1 video which will get like 100 - 500 views and then after that video you will make another one and it will get 30 views, its not worth it to advertise just stay in one server like Mineplex and when recording broadcast it or maybe make a thread on the Mineplex website notifying them your new to the community and then like post your channel, its not really a advertisement because your telling them your hobby but it will help, I quit Youtube due to the fact I just got bored with it but I was a smaller channel and all my videos at 100+ views with 5+ likes so I feel pretty accomplished some of my videos even got 40+ likes but I once made the mistake of advertising because I wanted to be "popular" and all my videos got just flooded with dislikes, its not worth it just stay true to yourself and have fun in the process.

That's not what I meant :3, I meant like advertising in a legitimate way, and yes I'll keep having fun :).

Step 1) Hit puberty (this is a joke, but some people click off if they hear someone younger)

Step 2) Make intro/outro (makes your vids more professional)

Step 3) Ask your viewers what they want to see and do what they want you to do.

Step 4) If your video doesn't have commentary... then dub it over

Hope this helps! XD

I don't think puberty will do much to my voice, I'll work on the intro, I will, and I'll try my best to add "dubs" or commentary. Thanks for the tips! :)
