What are your thoughts on the September Apple Event?

I've got a bunch here we go.
Apple Watch
By far the most important thing to happen. The always on display is the biggest thing I miss from my Garmin watch, and I'm glad Apple has (finally) made it so I can see the time on my watch. The titanium case is also super cool, though I wish it was anodized because god those colors would of been beautiful. The new UI tweaks are also pretty great.

iPhone 11 Pro Max
I love the name, it's the best name any could of possibly thought of absolute genius good job apple i love apple. /s. The cameras are cool, especially for video, being able to switch lenses is going to be super nice, Wide angle lenses just make everything easier, and being able to zoom in without losing quality will be epic. Other than that nothing was too notable.

iPhone 11
It's basically an iPhone XS for $700. Pretty good deal, if a little underwhelming. Not sure why they decided on cutting the colors back and sticking to the Pro lens case style, that lens case is just not pretty.

Other thoughts
give me an iPad Pro Timmy. That iPad was lame and you know it. Apple TV plus is cool, I'm glad it's basically free as well as accessible. I nearly burst in to tears laughing when Mr. Yang Yang came on the stage. I feel so bad for that poor lad.

Ordered myself the Apple watch series 5 can't wait. I loved the event though.

I wish there was more new features to the phone, but I think next year will be the phone year with the 5G coming out.

I have a tiny scratch on the screen of my iPhone 8 and because of this I can’t get the upgrade

I have some scratches on my xs max corners, but I have apple care so I think I have to pay like £25

$700 (WTF) base model, upgraded iPhone Xs for $700 is crazy

I have a 2013 iPad so I think it's time for an upgrade anyways, same with my macbook.

The problem is that you can purchase attachable lens on a iPhone yknow? Why not buy a cheaper phone and get that? I just don’t see a huge reason to upgrade, or a big perk jay makes it worth it.

That's not so true, it misses out on some things such as the OLED screen, sharper screen and thinner bezels. Also, it doesn't have 3D touch, and optical zoom. It is also made of aluminium instead of stainless steel.

I am very unsure of why they discontinued the Xs series.

Cuz they would need to lower the price of the Xs to accommodate for the new iPhones when they’re so similar, it wouldn’t sell well at all
