I mean generally it is graphic design, but if it has a more specific name I actually don't know.

It would help any artist who can do this if you could get specific about what you want to recreate from this style. Do you like the chaotic feel or the colour palette specifically.

Also the function of the artwork you want to commission. Is it going to be a logo or thread design for example.
