High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.
I would rate the current design at about a 5/10. As far as suggestions go, I think a more interesting background, font, and color scheme would add a lot to the banner. In terms of animation, I think it looks pretty good right now with the exception of the Text 2 fly-in. Great work so far!
